In September 2020, the General Assembly of the members of ProNepal EO approved  the new statute.

The Governor of South Tyrol is issued a  decree stating the recognition of ProNepal  as a legal entity under private law and included ProNepal  in the Provincial  Register of Legal Entities under number 731.

Now  ProNepal is  fully alligned with  the new regulations of the law of the so-called third sector.
