A few days ago a representative of SEO, our local partner, delivered the furniture for the new building of the Bhuminata School in Tipchok.

At the beginning of 2018, ProNepal had received the furnishing proposal and the cost estimate, which were approved below. 24 tables, 88 chairs and a blackboard were provided, at a cost of approx. 3,600 EURO and now delivered to the school community.

The construction works on the new school building, including the masonry, roof and floor, were financed by the Nepalese government as early as 2017. As often the case in Nepal the school community will have to provide furniture.

After the 2015 earthquake, ProNepal funded several projects, including 3 classrooms, a water pipe- which is still under construction – and now, the furniture for the new school building.
